End clipping

SO I am not one of those people who go to the salon a lot. Back in the day few people knew what to do with my hair. while its not very thick there is a lot of it. So styling keeping frizz down and holding a style without 99 pounds of gel and hair spray were always a challenge. So i gave up on salons and did my own hair as well as relaxing and coloring all box type either way severely damaging my already delicate tresses. I would go in every once in a while for a trim but not every six weeks as suggested. so now my hair is half way down my back still very short in some places and longer in others. When I give up heat for good it will probably do better, heat for my hair is like chocolate for my body its horrible for you but I love it to pieces. So now im looking at my raggedy split ends and Im like omg who can I trust to clip the for me i had been doing it myself but i want a cleaner end that what id attempt to do. I want it to start growing back all one length. Any suggestions on where I should go in Atlanta? Ladies I love any input or  thoughts on what you do with your hair. Thanks loves
