I used to never be into food facts or the health benefits of what I ate until about 5 years ago. Boy am I glad I became in tune with what God has provided on earth for healthy bodies. Anyway some things that I see working for me are hydration. When I am not drinking enough water I can tell first because my lips get chapped, then in my skin, nails, and hair I get dandruff and it breaks off more than usual. I also eat good sources of protein since I'm Pescatarian I don't eat flesh from animals, just fish & seafood, eggs, and few dairy items, never been a fan of cows milk I prefer Almond Milk. I also love the benefits of healthy fats from nuts, avocado(recently started eating it), olive oil etc. It really shows in my skin and hair. I can tell when I need to detox my skin shows it. My hair has grown so much in one year based off what I've put into my own body. I'd love to know if your diet has changed and if you see the change in your hair.
